How to make Bowen family systems theory a good tool for you?
Bowen family systems theory (or Bowen theory) has been applied in Hong Kong for nearly 20 years. In addition to personal counselling, family therapy, church groups, and workplaces, Bowen theory can also serve as a compass for individuals within a group, guiding them on how to navigate interpersonal conflicts and build more satisfying relationships with others.
The speaker, Mrs,Peggy Chan, has studied Bowen theory for over thirty years and deeply feels that the theory is profound and its applications are very broad. She will share with participants:
