The Government has lifted restrictions on the use of food coupon in buying basic food items only.

With effect from 1 December 2015, service users can start to buy all food items such as ice creams, chocolates, snacks and others. Alcoholic drinks, cigarettes and all non-food items will continue to be restricted i.e. NOT Allowed for Purchase.
