• Prepare financial and accounting statements and reports for management, funders, auditors and other relevant parties.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement relevant internal controls, accounting procedures and financial systems.
• Manage and upkeep the agency’s financial management system.
• Liaise with internal and external parties e.g. funders, auditors, relevant regulatory authorities on accounting and finance related issues.
• Review and update the Agency’s financial policies and procedures as well as workflows and manuals related to the financial operations.
• Supervise a team of Finance Officers and Accounts Clerks.

• Recognized degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. 
• Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or recognized professional accounting bodies is preferrable.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the social welfare sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; strong sense of responsibility and commitment; and good interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrate good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to attend to details, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SUN accounting system is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
