• Assist in the implementation of public relations and fundraising campaigns e.g. Lottery Tickets, Flag Day, etc.
• Provide support for PR events e.g. VIP service centre visits, conferences, movie premieres, prize presentations, press conferences, etc.
• Assist in the production of public relations/marketing collaterals and updating of social media platforms e.g. Annual Report, e-Newsletters, Agency website, Facebook page, Youtube channel, etc.
• Coordination with stakeholders for strengthening the Agency brand name e.g. media relations, supporting CSR projects of corporate sponsors.
• Perform simple design layout / video editing duties e.g. promotional materials layout, compiling slideshows and conduct simple video editing

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience; medical insurance; MPF and 15 days annual leave on the first year of service. 

• Recognized degree holder with 1-2 years of work experience in PR/marketing field or relevant field.
• Good communication skills (in both spoken and written English and Chinese), problem-solving and interpersonal skills 
• Good knowledge of design/layout and video editing tools e.g. Canva or Adobe, photoshop.
• Basic social media management skills (e.g. Social media advertisement placements).
• Organized, attention to details and self-motivated.
