• Handle new case referrals
• Conduct home assessment for prospective foster parents
• Conduct training programmes for foster parents and provide support for activities related to foster care services
• Perform other tasks in compliance with SWD SQS requirements

• Registered social worker with a recognized degree in Social Work
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification social work experience in foster care services and demonstrated strong operational skills and knowledge in the foster care service
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
• Mature, with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
• Computer literate
• Immediate available
