H.O.P.E. Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities - Interpretation and Translation Services for Ethnic MinoritiesDuties
- Assist in the delivery of services to ethnic minorities and daily team office’s operation.
- Monitor and update the social media accounts of the service.
- Monitor the functionality of all the communication gadgets and conduct timely troubleshooting.
- Provide clerical support and handle inquiries for the project.
- Assist in the conducting publicity and outreach.
Salary & Benefits
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience; medical insurance; MPF and 15 days annual leave on the first year of service.
Requirements
- Completed Form 5 or HKDSE or equivalent.
- Preferably with work experience in providing office administrative support or logistics support or with experience in social service / multi-ethnic setting.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese would be a distinct advantage.
- Able to handle social media accounts.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Demonstrate a positive and self-motivated attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
- Able to work in a multicultural team and in a work environment.
- Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
