What the Storm Cannot Wash Away- Extreme Weather and Family Relationships

Every school suspension due to a typhoon, every Black or Red Rainstorm warning—they all invisibly impact the family atmosphere.

To protect your family, beyond making practical arrangements, what is truly needed is a resilient emotional heart.

  • Under extreme weather, how does anxiety "invisibly transmit" to family members?
  • Amidst the chaos, how can we establish the family as a true "secure base"?
  • How can family members avoid conflict under stress and instead become each other's "safe harbor"?
