ISS-HK would like to congratulate Mrs. Lucilla Leung, Director of Programme of Small Group Home, Foster Care, Programme for Portable Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (PCSSA) and Guangdong Scheme for being awarded the Chief Executive’s Commendation for Community Service in the 2015 Honours List as announced on 1 July 2015.

The award is in recognition of her commitment and dedication to community service and, in particular, ethnic minorities over the years.

The Award Presentation Ceremony will be held in October.
