H.O.P.E. Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities
Duties
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of mass programmes / activities and language services for targeted service users.
  • Generate ideas and action plan to enhance service delivery.
  • Recruit, supervise and train the members/interns/volunteers of the Centre.
  • Assist the Centre-in-charge in the staff supervision, training and performance management of the assigned unit staff.
Salary & Benefits

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience; medical insurance; MPF and 15 days annual leave on the first year of service.

Requirements
  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent.
  • Preferably to have at least one year of relevant work experience in supervisory capacity and programme coordination.
  • Direct work experience in developing and monitoring a variety of mass programmes / other groups and programmes in local community.
  • Ability to develop programme management plan, achieve performance results, monitor and evaluate staff and programmes.
  • Proven ability to network with other agencies and generate resources for the programmes.
  • Good command of oral and written English.
  • Able to read, write and effectively communicate in Chinese and/or any EM language is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural team and work environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Have a valid work visa and flexibility to work at irregular hours, weekends and holidays, shift duties is required.
