With deepest sorrow, we mourn the passing of our esteemed former Chairman, Mr. John Chan. Since joining us in December 1976, Mr. Chan had been served with dedication and made invaluable contributions over the years. He was our Honorary Treasurer from 1976 to 1980 and took on the role of Chairman from 1986 to 1989, guiding the agency’s steady growth and development to fulfilling our mission. We are deeply grateful for his years of steadfast support and dedication to ISS-HK and our service users.
