Programme for Old Age Living Allowance Recipients under "Guangdong Scheme" and "Fujian Scheme"
- Objectives
To carry out annual eligibility review on recipients of the Old Age Living Allowance (OALA) under Guangdong Scheme and Fujian Scheme (commence on 1 January 2020) so as to ascertain their continued eligibility for the allowance and to provide appropriate services to the recipients.
- Whom We Serve
Elderly aged 65 or above who resides in Guangdong and Fujian province and receives the OALA under the Guangdong Scheme and Fujian Scheme.
- Service Contents
- Assist disable applicants to complete application procedures and update information.
- Annual review of each case for its eligibility to continue receiving Old Age Living Allowance.
- Recommendations for appropriate appointee for mentally unfit recipients.
- Handling of enquiries and changes reported by recipients or interested parties.
- Service Hours
Mon: 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm
Tue-Fri: 9am-1pm / 2pm-5:45pm
