1)      Contract renewal will be not be conducted in the office and caseworkers will contact you for virtual contract renewal over the phone

2)      For those who are required to do compulsory testing, you are not allowed to enter our office until the requirements are fulfilled.  You will be asked to show your test result before entering our office.
