When Sun Meets Moon Movie Premiere raises over $170,000

International Social Service Hong Kong Branch had the privilege to present “When Sun Meets Moon Movie Premiere” on 30 May at Olympian City.

Directed by Lau Wai Hang, When Sun Meets Moon is a local movie featuring a puppy love story in the 1990s, starring Kathy Yuen and Daichi Harashima. A highlight of our 60th Anniversary celebratory programme, the Movie Premiere raised over $170,000 for the services that ISS-HK provides for children, youths and families in need. Special thanks should go to Kit Chee Football Club which donated $100,000 at the occasion, while Emperor Entertainment, producer of the movie, was generous enough to absorb all the costs of the Movie Premiere so every penny donated went to ISS-HK. All guests enjoyed the movie and a star-studded evening!
